Review:

Scragg's fine debut had me gripped throughout. The plot wends and weaves its way throughout the novel and just when I thought I had something worked out, there was a new revelation which altered everything. The characters were all drawn with great skill and the interplay between Porter and Styles was beautiful to observe. The prose was tight without being terse and the whole book swept me along with its effortless pace. All in all, 'What Falls Between the Cracks' is a cracking debut which pulses with suspense.
