I wanted this book to end so I knew what happened to her, whilst at the same time I didn't want it to end as I wanted to stay with Bella and her family. I want to read it again even though I've just finished it. Amanda Jennings has written a novel that is as close to perfection as I've ever read. It is a gripping and moving story, intelligently and lovingly written. The pace and prose are spot on and the twists are clever and very real. There is no sense of melodrama. This could be a true life tale and it is told with great passion. I could spend all day talking about this book and never run out of things to there. There aren't enough adjectives in the world to describe how much I love it. So, take my advice, buy this book right now. Then close yourself off from the outside world until you've read it.
