Black Star Crime Launch

CRIMESQUAD.COM was delighted to be invited to a gathering to celebrate the important launch of a brand new crime and thriller imprint - Black Star Crime.

Held - appropriately - in the cells of the Courthouse Hotel in London, a former court building, we celebrated with members of the crime literati and the team who have brought the imprint from concept to reality. The UK is proudly the first country of an ambitious international roll-out.

Black Star Crime will publish five new titles every two months with a wide range of sub-genres covered. The books are short and easy to read - real page turners - and will retail at just £3.99 or less. The idea is to build a fan base who will dip into these highly affordable titles and try something new... We wish the venture lots of success. Anything that promotes new crime readers and a broadening of the genre is good news to us!
